Journey Launcher is a CRM and lifecycle marketing consultancy operated by Saleh Ahmadov, based in Berlin, Germany. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Journey Launcher.

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — provided voluntarily during the CRM Flow Generator wizard (screen 8) and used to deliver your results.
• Business information — website URL, business description, and CRM preferences you enter during the wizard flow. This is used to generate your personalised CRM recommendations.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics collected via Google Analytics 4 (page views, events). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To generate and deliver your personalised CRM lifecycle flow
• To send you the completed flow results via email (if you provide your email)
• To improve the CRM Flow Generator tool
• To understand how visitors use our site (anonymised analytics)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Consent — when you voluntarily provide your email address
• Legitimate interest — for anonymised analytics to improve our service

5. Data storage and retention

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (EU/US regions). We retain your submission data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage analytics
• Google Gemini AI — processes your business information to generate CRM flow recommendations. Data is sent to Google's API and processed according to Google's API terms.
• Vercel — website hosting
• Railway — database hosting

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We use first-party cookies set by Google Analytics for anonymised usage tracking. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
